User Conduct and Responsibilities
Your use of the Grokking the System Design service is subject to compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. As a Service user, you are responsible for all content you submit, post, or make available through interactive features such as comments or discussion forums.
By using the Service, you agree not to post, upload, share, or promote any content that includes:
- Illegal content: Any material that violates applicable laws or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to violations of the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Infringement of rights: Content that violates the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Obscene or offensive material: Content that is obscene, graphic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise deemed offensive or inappropriate.
- Harassment or discrimination: Content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
- Exploitation of minors: Any material involving the abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate depiction of minors under the age of 18.
- False or misleading information: Intentionally deceptive, manipulative, or factually inaccurate content.
- Unauthorized commercial activity: Unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Malicious code: Any software, file, or code (including viruses, malware, or spyware) intended to damage or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or others’ access to it.
- Unauthorized disclosures: Confidential or proprietary information you are not authorized to disclose, including material protected by employment agreements or NDAs.
- Disruptive behavior: Content that, in our sole judgment, is objectionable, restricts others’ enjoyment of the Service, or exposes Grokking the System Design, its team, or its users to harm, legal liability, or reputational damage.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these terms or otherwise undermines the platform’s educational integrity and safety.
